Can I visit your atelier to try on the pieces? Where it is?

Yes, you can visit the atelier by appointment. Our atelier is located in Santo Tirso, Centro Comercial Carneiro Pacheco, Rua Dr Carneiro Pacheco, n33,4 Floor, Loja 8, 4780-446.

 

I like a piece but I would like it to be in another color, is that possible?

Yes, we can customize the piece to your liking. Depending on the type of material or desired customization, the value of the piece may change. Personalized pieces will only be made with full payment for the piece or half of the value to start production, and the other half will be made upon delivery or shipping. These parts are not subject to return. To customize a piece, contact us via whatsapp or email so we can help you with this process.

 

Are your products made in Portugal?

Yes, JSB products are made in Portugal by qualified professionals. Our materials are also purchased from national retailers to support not only our country but also the environment.
